Who qualifies
Active-duty military members and veterans qualify with accepted service verification. The qualifying guest must be present; the discount is not transferable.
Verification
Hosts visually verify a current qualifying work or service credential. Mage does not photograph, photocopy, or store credential numbers. If eligibility is unclear, a manager decides before the discount is promised.
What the discount applies to
A qualifying Hero receives 20% off the eligible pre-tax lounge tab associated with that guest/check, subject to program exclusions and non-stacking rules.
Exclusions
- Tax is not discounted.
- Gratuity / tip is not discounted.
- Retail merchandise is excluded unless explicitly added later.
- Wholesale purchases are excluded.
- VIP membership fees are excluded.
- Gift cards are excluded.
- Already-discounted promotional items are excluded.
How to redeem
- Arrive with a valid 21+ ID and your qualifying credential.
- Ask for the Mage Hero Discount when ordering.
- Confirm the discount appears on your check before paying.
Program terms
- One qualifying Hero covers the eligible lounge tab when that Hero is physically present and responsible for the check.
- Multiple Heroes on one tab still receive 20% total — discounts are not additive.
- Hero Discount does not stack with VIP / AYCS or other promotions; we apply the better eligible value where operationally possible.
- Verification is visual only; Mage does not copy or store credentials.
- The qualifying Hero must be present. The discount is not transferable and has no cash value.
- Retroactive application is not available except manager correction for a same-day transaction error.
- Standard 21+ lounge requirements remain in force.
- Program terms on this page control; the program is ongoing until modified or discontinued.
