Flavored tobacco (shisha) is heated so you inhale through a water base and hose. At Mage, heat and coals are our job. Yours is simpler: draw gently, share fairly, and speak up the moment something tastes wrong.

• Draw, don’t rip. Slow pulls taste cleaner and treat your throat better.
• Give the bowl a minute. The first draws are still finding their temperature.
• Leave the coals to staff. Heat placement is craft - asking for a check beats DIY “fixing.”
